Introduction
1-1 Overview
The SuperServer 7046GT-TRF/7046GT-TRF-TC4 is a supercomputing server that is
comprised of two main subsystems: the SC747TQ-R1400B 4U/Tower server chas-
sis and the X8DTG-QF dual Intel Xeon processor 5500 series serverboard. Please
refer to our web site for information on operating systems that have been certifi ed
for use with the system (www.supermicro.com).
In addition to the serverboard and chassis, various hardware components have
been included with the server, as listed below:
