Password Check
Use this feature to determine when a password entry is required. Select Setup to require the password only when entering setup. Select Always to require the password when entering setup and at each bootup.
The options are Setup and Always.
Boot Sector Virus Protection
When Enabled, the BIOS displays a warning when any program (or virus) issues a Disk Format command or attempts to write to the boot sector of the hard disk drive. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
Administrator Password
Use this item to set the administrator password which is required to enter the
BIOS setup utility. The length of the password should be from 3 characters to 20
characters long.
User Password
Use this item to set a user password which is required to log into the system
and to enter the BIOS setup utility. The length of the password should be from 3
characters to 20 characters long.
Secure Boot Menu
The following items will display:
•System Mode
•Secure Boot
Secure Boot Support
Select Custom for the user to customize secure boot settings to ensure system
security at bootup. The options are Standard and Custom.
Secure Boot Mode
This feature allows the user to select the desired Secure Boot mode for the system.
The options are Standard and Custom.
Key Management
Factory Default Keys Provision
Select Enable to install all manufacture defaults for the following system security
settings. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Enroll All Factory Default Keys
This feature allows the user to install all factory-security default keys in your system.
Platform Key (PK)
Delete PK (Platform Key)
Select <Yes> to conrm deletion of the Platform Key from the NVRAM (Non-Volatile
RAM)..
Set New PK (Platform Key)
Select <Yes> to load default factory platform keys to your system. Select No to load
the default settings from other sources.
