Garantievoorwaarden
superrollo Hausautomatisierung GmbH verleent 24
maanden garantie voor nieuwe apparaten die in
overeenstemming met deze handleiding werden
gemonteerd. De garantie dekt alle constructiefouten,
materiaalfouten en fabricagefouten.
De wettelijke aanspraak op garantie blijft hierdoor on-
aangetast.
Niet onder de garantie vallen:
◆ Onjuiste montage of installatie
◆ Niet in acht nemen van de montage- en bedie-
ningshandleiding
◆ Oneigenlijke bediening of oneigenlijk gebruik
◆ Inwerkingen van buitenaf zoals stoten, slagen
of weersinvloeden
◆ Reparaties en veranderingen door derden en/of
nietbevoegde personen
◆ Gebruik van ongeschikt toebehoren
◆ Schade veroorzaakt door ontoelaatbare overspan-
ning (bijv. blikseminslag)
◆ Functiestoringen ontstaan door radiografische
frequentiestoringen en andere radiografische
storingen
Voorwaarde voor de garantie is dat het nieuwe ap-
paraat bij een door ons geautoriseerde speciaalzaak
is gekocht. Hiervoor hebben we als bewijs een kopie
van de rekening nodig.
Warranty conditions
superrollo Hausautomatisierung GmbH provides a
24-month warranty for new systems that have been
installed in compliance with the installation instruc-
tions. All construction faults, material defects and
manufacturing defects are covered by the warranty.
Your statutory warranty claims shall remain unaffected
by this warranty.
The following are not covered by the
warranty:
◆ Incorrect fitting or installation
◆ Non-observance of the installation and operating
instructions
◆ Improper operation or wear and tear
◆ External influences, such as impacts, knocks or
weathering
◆ Repairs and modifications by third party, unau-
thorised persons
◆ Use of unsuitable accessories
◆ Damage caused by unacceptable excess voltages
(e.g. lightning)
◆ Operational malfunctions caused by radio frequen-
cy overlapping and other such radio interference
For the warranty to be applicable, the new device must
have been purchased through one of our approved
specialist retailers. Proof of this can be provided by
presenting a copy of the bill.
Clauses de garantie
La société superrollo Hausautomatisierung GmbH accorde
une garantie de 24 mois sur les appareils neufs dans
la mesure où ceux-ci ont été installés conformément
à la notice de montage. Cette garantie couvre tous
les défauts de construction, de matériaux et de
fabrication.
Vos droits de garantie légaux ne sont pas affectés
par cette garantie.
Sont exclus de la garantie :
◆ tout montage ou installation incorrects
◆ le non-respect des instructions de ce manuel
d’installation et d’utilisation
◆ toute utilisation ou tout usage abusif non
conformes
◆ les influences extérieures telles que les chocs, les
coups ou les intempéries
◆ toute réparation et toute modification effectuées
par des tiers non agréés
◆ toute utilisation d’accessoires inappropriés
◆ tout dommage résultant de surtensions (foudre
par exemple)
◆ tout dysfonctionnement résultant d’interférences
avec des fréquences radio et d’autres parasites
L’acquisition du nouvel appareil chez un de nos reven-
deurs spécialisés est une condition préalable pour la
validité de la garantie. Ceci doit être justifié par une
copie de la facture.

Die superrollo Hausautomatisierung GmbH gibt eine
24-monatige Garantie für Neugeräte, die entsprechend
der Einbauanleitung montiert wurden. Von der Garantie
abgedecktsind alle Konstruktionsfehler, Materialfehler
und Fabrikationsfehler.
Ihre gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsansprüche bleiben
von dieser Garantie unberührt.
Ausgenommen von der Garantie sind:
◆ Fehlerhafter Einbau oder Installation
◆ Nichtbeachtung der Einbau- und Bedienungs-
anleitung
◆ Unsachgemäße Bedienung oder Beanspruchung
◆ Äußere Einwirkungen wie Stöße, Schläge oder
Witterung
◆ Reparaturen und Abänderungen von dritten, nicht
autorisierten Stellen
◆ Verwendung ungeeigneter Zubehörteile
◆ Schäden durch unzulässige Überspannungen
(z. B. Blitzeinschlag )
◆ Funktionsstörungen durch Funkfrequenzüberlage-
rungen und sonstige Funkstörungen
Voraussetzung für die Garantie ist, dass das Neugerät
bei einem unserer zugelassenen Fachhändler erworben
wurde. Dies ist durch Vorlage einer Rechnungskopie
nachzuweisen.
