Gerät montieren Um die Lagerposition P im Rollladenkasten zu bestimmen, messen und berechnen Sie folgende Maße: D L Durchmesser des aufgewickelten Rollladens X D/2 Y >X Abstand der Lagerposition P von der Mitte der Führungsschiene (3) B C A Abstand der Lagerposition P vom Boden des Rollladenkastens. Damit der Rollladen genug Spiel hat, muss Y größer als X sein. D 1 P b1 Y 2 b2 c1 b3 B X 3 c2 c3 C ¾ Markieren Sie die Länge L mit einem Stift auf die Wickelwelle.
Gerät montieren Gerät in den Rollladenkasten einbauen ACHTUNG Beschädigung des Rohrmotors durch gewaltsames Einschlagen in die Wickelwelle. ¾ Schlagen Sie niemals den Rohrmotor mit Gewalt in die Wickelwelle. ¾ Stecken Sie den Achsstift (1) des Antriebskopfes in das Loch des Antriebslagers (2). ¾ Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Einstellschrauben (3) zugänglich sind. ¾ Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Motorkabel (4) nach unten verläuft. ¾ 1.
Gerät in Betrieb nehmen Gerät in Betrieb nehmen Bevor Sie das Gerät verwenden können, müssen Sie folgende Schritte ausführen: ■ das Motorkabel an das Stromnetz anschließen ■ eine 27A-12V-Batterie in die Fernbedienung einlegen ■ den Rollladenpanzer an die Wickelwelle montieren Grundvoraussetzung für das Funktionieren der Fernbedienung ist eine geladene 27A-12V-Batterie im Batteriefach auf der Rückseite der Fernbedienung. Beim Drücken einer Taste leuchtet die Kontroll-LED.
Gerät in Betrieb nehmen ¾ Drücken Sie zweimal die Taste P2 (1) neben dem Batteriefach auf der Rückseite der Fernbedienung. ACHTUNG Beschädigung des Rohrmotors durch Bohren oder Schrauben. ¾ Bohren oder Schrauben Sie die Wickelwelle niemals im Bereich des Rohrmotors. ¾ Drücken Sie einmal die Taste AB. Sie hören vom Motor ausgehend sieben kurze Pieptöne. ¾ Verwenden Sie ausschließlich die vorhandenen Löcher in der Wickelwelle zum Befestigen des Rollladenpanzers.
Störungen beheben Die Einstellschrauben befinden sich am Antriebskopf des Rohrmotors. Um den unteren Endpunkt einzustellen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor: ¾ Fahren Sie den Motor in den Tieflauf. ¾ Um den unteren Endpunkt einzustellen, verwenden Sie die obere Schraube (1). ¾ Um den oberen Endpunkt einzustellen, verwenden Sie die untere Schraube (2). Wenn der Motor stoppt, bevor der gewünschte Endpunkt erreicht ist, gehen Sie wie folgt vor: ¾ Lassen Sie die Fernbedienung in der Position Tieflauf stehen.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Versorgungsspannung (230 V) zur Verfügung steht. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät richtig angeschlossen ist. Informationen hierzu finden Sie im Abschnitt Gerät anschließen ab Seite 9. Lassen Sie Arbeiten an der Spannungsversorgung nur von einer qualifizierten, ausgebildeten Elektro-Fachkraft ausführen.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Adapter mit der Nut über der Feder bündig am Antriebskopf sitzt. Bauen Sie das Gerät in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder ein.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Lamellen waagerecht sind. Schmieren Sie schwergängige Stellen mit Gleitwachs ein. Um den Rollladen frei zu ziehen, schalten Sie den Antrieb kurz in die Gegenrichtung ein. Der Rollladen schleift im Rollladenkasten durch fehlende Andruckrollen am Fensterrahmen. Öffnen Sie den Rollladenkasten.

Preface Preface Basic safety instructions These operating instructions describe the installation, the electrical connection and the operation of the RM10MSF/RM10MMF/ RM20MMF/RM30MMF electronic tubular motors.
Description of the device Structural features of the information on dangers ■ Use only genuine replacement parts and accessories from superrollo. Information on this can be found in the chapter entitled Accessories from page 28 The following categories of information on dangers are contained in these operating instructions: ■ Make sure that repairs on the device are only carried out by the superrollo customer service.
Installing the device Functions The device can be used to open and close roller shutters and awnings. Installing the device Prior to installation In order to carry out these functions, the tubular motor must be installed together with the following superrollo accessories in the roller shutter box: ■ Winding shaft The following prerequisites must be met in order to be able to install the device: ■ The roller shutter box cover must be easily accessible and removable.
Installing the device In order to determine bearing position P in the roller shutter box, measure and calculate the following dimensions: D L Diameter of the rolled up roller shutter X D/2 Y >X Distance between the bearing position P and the centre of the guide rail (3) B C A Distance between the bearing position P and the bottom of the roller shutter box. So that the roller shutter has sufficient clearance, Y must be greater than X.
Installing the device Installing the device in the roller shutter box ATTENTION ¾ Insert the driving head axle pin (1) into the hole in the drive bearing (2). Damage to the tubular motor due to forcefully driving into the winding shaft. ¾ Never drive the tubular motor into the winding shaft using force. ¾ Make sure that the adjuster screws (3) are accessible. ¾ Make sure that the motor cable (4) is routed downwards. ¾ 1. Slide the tubular motor with the driver (1) into the winding shaft (2).
Starting up the device Starting up the device Before the device can be used, the following steps must be carried out: ■ Connect the motor cable to the mains power supply ■ Insert a 27A-12V battery into the remote control ■ Mount the roller shutter curtain on the winding shaft ■ Set the upper and lower terminal stop point. Connecting the device Establishing the radio link The remote control included in the scope of delivery is used to control the motor's electronics by radio.
Starting up the device ¾ Press button P2 (1) twice; this is located next to the battery compartment on the rear side of the remote control. ATTENTION Damage to the tubular motor due to drilling or screwing. ¾ Never drill or screw the winding shaft in the area of the tubular motor. ¾ Press the DOWN button once. Seven short beeps are audibly emitted by the motor. ¾ Use only the holes available in the winding shaft to secure the roller shutter curtain.
Rectifying malfunctions The adjuster screws are located on the tubular motor's driving head. Proceed as follows to set the lower terminal point: ¾ Operate the motor to lower the roller shutter. ¾ Use the upper screw (1) to set the lower terminal point. If the motor stops before the desired terminal point is reached, proceed as follows: ¾ Use the lower screw (2) to set the upper terminal point. ¾ Leave the remote control set to the lower position.
Rectifying malfunctions Malfunction characteristics and remedies Characteristic Possible cause Remedy The motor does not run (total failure). There is no mains voltage. Make sure that the supply voltage (230 V) is available. Make sure that the device is connected correctly. Information on this can be found in the section entitled Connecting the device from page 22. Have work on the voltage supply carried out by a qualified, trained specialist electrician only. The remote control does not function.
Rectifying malfunctions Characteristic Possible cause Remedy The device does not stop. The adapter has slipped from the limit ring. Make sure that the device is disconnected from the mains power supply. Remove the device. Information on removing the device can be found in the chapter entitled Dismantling the device from page 27. Make sure that the adapter is seated flush on the driving head with the groove over the spring. Install the device in reverse order again.
Dismantling the device Characteristic Possible cause Remedy The roller shutter blocks on raising or lowering. The roller shutter slats have become displaced. Make sure that all slats are horizontal. Lubricate sluggish areas with wax. In order to pull the roller shutter free, briefly switch the drive on in the opposite direction. The roller shutter scrapes in the roller shutter box due to a lack of pressure rollers on the window frame. Open the roller shutter box.

Descripción del aparato Descripción de las indicaciones de peligro ■ Utilice únicamente piezas de repuesto y accesorios originales de superrollo. Encontrará información al respecto en el capítulo Accesorios a partir de la página 41 Tipos de indicaciones de peligro utilizados en estas instrucciones: ■ Asegúrese de que sólo el servicio técnico de superrollo realiza las reparaciones en el aparato.
Montaje del aparato Funciones Montaje del aparato El aparato sirve para abrir y cerrar persianas y toldos. Antes del montaje Para poder realizar esas funciones, el motor tubular tiene que estar montado en la caja de la persiana junto con los siguientes accesorios de superrollo: ■ Tubo enrollador Para poder montar el aparato deben cumplirse los siguientes requisitos: ■ La tapa de la caja de la persiana tiene que estar accesible y poder ser retirada.
Montaje del aparato Para determinar la posición del soporte P dentro de la caja de la persiana mida y calcule los siguientes parámetros: D L Diámetro de la persiana enrollada X D/2 Y >X Distancia de la posición del soporte P desde el centro del canal guía (3) B C A Distancia de la posición del soporte P desde el fondo de la caja de la persiana. Para que la persiana tenga suficiente espacio Y tiene que ser superior a X.
Montaje del aparato ¾ Introduzca el pasador (1) por el agujero de seguridad (2) del vástago del eje. ATENCIÓN Los golpes con fuerza en el tubo enrollador pueden dañar el motor tubular. ¾ No golpee nunca con fuerza el motor tubular en el tubo enrollador. 1 ¾ 1. Introduzca el motor tubular con el arrastrador (1) en el tubo enrollador (2). ¾ 2. Introduzca el tubo enrollador hasta el tope del adaptador (3) de la cabeza motriz (4).
Puesta en funcionamiento del aparato Puesta en funcionamiento del aparato Antes de poder utilizar el aparato hay que ejecutar los siguientes pasos: ■ Conectar el cable del motor a la red de corriente. ■ Colocar una pila 27A-12V en el mando a distancia. ■ Montar el rollo de la persiana en el tubo enrollador. ■ Ajustar el punto de tope final superior e inferior.
Puesta en funcionamiento del aparato Registro del mando a distancia en el motor (motor izquierdo) Una vez que el motor del lado izquierdo esté montado en la caja de la persiana puede establecer la conexión de radio entre el motor y el mando a distancia siguiendo estos pasos: ■ El motor tubular tiene que estar desplazado totalmente hacia abajo. ATENCIÓN Al perforar o atornillar se pueden provocar daños en el motor tubular. ¾ No perfore ni atornille nunca el tubo enrollador en la zona del motor tubular.
Puesta en funcionamiento del aparato ¾ Gire el tornillo de ajuste inferior con cuidado en dirección de MENOS con ayuda de la herramienta de ajuste. ATENCIÓN Fallos de funcionamiento por falta de ajuste o por ajuste erróneo de los puntos finales. ¾ Asegúrese de que sólo se pone en funcionamiento el aparato con los puntos finales correctamente ajustados. Los tornillos de ajuste se encuentran en la cabeza motriz del motor tubular.
Reparación de fallos Reparación de fallos La causa de un fallo total sea posiblemente un defecto en el motor. Causas posibles de un motor defectuoso: Reparación de fallo total ■ El motor ha sido fuertemente sobrecargado por un error en la mecánica. ■ La persiana ha quedado bloqueada debido a la formación de hielo y ha sobrecargado el motor. PELIGRO El contacto con componentes conductores de tensión puede provocar descargas eléctricas mortales. ¾ No realice ninguna reparación en el aparato.
Reparación de fallos Fallo Causa posible Reparación El aparato no se para. El adaptador se ha deslizado del anillo limitador. Asegúrese de que el aparato esté desenchufado de la red eléctrica. Desmonte el aparato. Encontrará información al respecto en el capítulo Desmontaje del aparato a partir de la página 40. Asegúrese de que la ranura del adaptador esté enrasado sobre la chaveta en la cabeza motriz. Monte el aparato de nuevo en orden inverso.
Desmontaje del aparato Fallo Causa posible Reparación La persiana se bloquea al subir o al bajar. Las lamas de la persiana se han desplazado. Asegúrese de que todas las lamas estén niveladas. Montar o aparelho Funções O aparelho destina-se à abertura e fecho de persianas e toldos. Montar o aparelho Antes da montagem Para executar estas funções, o motor tubular tem de ser montado na caixa da persiana com os seguintes acessórios da superrollo: ■ Eixo de rolamento Para montar o aparelho devem estar preenchidas as seguintes condições: ■ A tampa da caixa da persiana deve ser de acesso e remoção fácil.
Montar o aparelho Para determinar a posição do rolamento P na caixa da persiana, meça e calcule as seguintes medidas: D L Diâmetro da persiana enrolada X D/2 Y >X Distância da posição de rolamento P do meio da calha de guia (3) B C A Distância da posição de rolamento P da base da caixa da persiana. Para que a persiana tenha folga suficiente, Y tem de ser superior a X . D 1 P b1 Y 2 b2 c1 b3 B X 3 c2 c3 C ¾ Marque o comprimento L com um lápis no eixo de rolamento.
Montar o aparelho Instalar o aparelho na caixa da persiana ATENÇÃO Danificação do motor causada por enrolamento violento no eixo de rolamento. ¾ Nunca bata o motor tubular com violência contra o eixo de rolamento. ¾ Enfie a cavilha do eixo (1) da cabeça de accionamento no furo do suporte de accionamento (2). ¾ Certifique-se de que pode aceder facilmente aos parafusos de ajuste (3). ¾ Certifique-se de que o cabo do motor (4) está voltado para baixo. ¾ 1.
Colocar o aparelho em funcionamento Colocar o aparelho em funcionamento Antes de utilizar o aparelho, tem de executar os seguintes passos: ■ Ligar o cabo do motor à corrente ■ Colocar uma pilha de 27A-12V no comando à distância ■ Montar a persiana no eixo de rolamento ■ Ajustar o ponto de fim-de-curso superior e inferior. Ligar o aparelho informações sobre como estabelecer a ligação via rádio entre o comando à distância e o motor.
Colocar o aparelho em funcionamento O motor emitirá um bip longo. ATENÇÃO ¾ Prima duas vezes a tecla P2 (1) junto ao compartimento das pilhas, no lado posterior do comando à distância. Danificação do motor tubular causada ao perfurar ou aparafusar. ¾ Não perfure nem aparafuse o eixo de rolamento na área do motor tubular. ¾ Prima uma vez a tecla DESCER. O motor emitirá sete bips curtos.
Eliminar anomalias Os parafusos de ajuste encontram-se na cabeça de accionamento do motor tubular. ¾ Para ajustar o fim-de-curso inferior, utilize o parafuso superior (1). ¾ Para ajustar o fim-de-curso superior, utilize o parafuso inferior (2). 1 Para ajustar o fim-de-curso inferior, proceda do seguinte modo: ¾ Accione o motor para a descida. Se o motor parar antes de atingir o fim-de-curso pretendido, proceda do seguinte modo: ¾ Mantenha o comando à distância na posição de descida.
Eliminar anomalias Características das anomalias e solução Característica Causa possível Solução O motor não funciona (avaria total). Falta tensão de rede. Certifique-se de que a tensão de alimentação (230 V) está disponível. Certifique-se de que o aparelho está ligado correctamente. Para mais informações sobre este tema ver a secção Ligar o aparelho a partir da página 48. Os trabalhos na alimentação de tensão devem ser executados apenas por um electricista com formação qualificada.
Eliminar anomalias Característica Causa possível Solução O aparelho não pára. O adaptador deslizou do casquilho de limite. Certifique-se de que o aparelho está desligado da corrente. Desmonte o aparelho. Para mais informações sobre a desmontagem do aparelho ver o capítulo Desmontar o aparelho a partir da página 53. Certifique-se de que o adaptador está nivelado com a ranhura sobre a lingueta na cabeça de accionamento. Monte novamente o aparelho na sequência contrária.
Desmontar o aparelho Característica Causa possível Solução A persiana bloqueia-se ao subir ou descer. As lamelas da persiana deslocaram-se. Certifique-se de que todas as lamelas estão na horizontal. Lubrifique partes emperradas com cera lubrificante. Para soltar a persiana, ligue brevemente o accionamento na direcção contrária. A persiana está solta na caixa da persiana devido à falta de cilindros de pressão no caixilho da janela. Abra a caixa da persiana.
