7 Click Add.
8 Enter the word or phrase you want to add into the Word or Phrase field.
9 Enter a phrase value into the Phrase Value field.

10 Repeat steps 8 and 9 till you have added all of the words you require to the dictionary.
11 Click Submit to save the dictionary.
IMPORTING DICTIONARIES
Rather than creating a new dictionary, you can import a ready-made one from elsewhere. There are two
ways in which you can import dictionaries into RiskFilter:
• Import a SurfControl dictionary pack
• Import a unicode text file
Importing a SurfControl Dictionary Pack
SurfControl RiskFilter E-mail provides language dictionaries for the following languages:
•Dutch
• French
•German
• Italian
• Japanese
• Portuguese
• Spanish
• Traditional Chinese
• Simplified Chinese
