NOTE: The recovery time is calculated based on HR information and it is only
available when you are training with an HR belt.
9.3 Reviewing recovery time and previous Move
To review recovery time and previous Move:
1. In the time view, press START STOP.
2. Select recovery time or prev. Move with START STOP or LIGHT LOCK.
3. Confirm your selection with NEXT.
4. Press NEXT to browse through the views. After you have browsed through
all the views, the device returns to the time view.
TIP: Keep NEXT pressed to return to the time view.
The arrows appearing on the outer rim of the display during training represent
your recovery time. The arrows are shown during and after training in the time
view. In the time view the arrows gradually disappear, as you recover.
9.4 Previous Move
In prev. Move you can view the information of your previous training session.
