Protect the probe against collision during operation. Apply the coupling agent on the probe to enable
better contact with the body.
Closely monitor the running of the instrument and the status of the patient. Turn off the power immedi-
ately in case of any problem.
Prevent the patients from touching the instrument or any other electronic appliances.
Keep the vent of the instrument open.
2.4 After Operation
1. Switch off the power.
2. Unplug the cable.
3. Clean the instrument and the probe.
2.5 Situations to be Avoided
With respect to the instrument, the following situations shall be avoided as far as possible:
1. Splashing
2. High humidity
3. Poor ventilation
4. Straight sunshine
5. Dust environment
6. Saliferous or sulfurous gas
7. Chemical medicine or gas
8. Strong vibration and collision
9. The company is not liable for any risks arising from the disassembly or modification of the instrument by
the user.
2.6 Cautions during Transportation
1. Strictly forbid to dip the probe part which contacts the patients into any liquid.
2. Strictly forbid to heat the probe part which contacts the patients.
3. Strictly forbid to pull or bend the probe cable to avoid any damage.
4. Use the ultrasonic coupling agent which meets the national standards. Prevent use of any other materi-
als such as oil which damages the probe.
5. Keep the probe clean. Wipe off the ultrasonic coupling agent on the probe with neutral detergent or
fresh water after use.
