TECHNICAL DATA Description: Pancake/Crepe Maker Model: SF26010N Input Voltage: 230V Frequency: 50Hz Power consumption: 800 Watts DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER CAUTION: Surfaces become hot during use HOW TO USE Remove all packaging before using. Next job, make some pancake batter! It is important to us that your first experience with the product is a positive one, so we recommend that for first time operation, use pancake/crepe batter ready mix from supermarket.
HOW TO USE Pour the mixture quickly but carefully on the middle of the cooking surface. When the pool is about 2-3cm from edge, stop pouring! Allow to cook for a couple of minutes then use the spatula to carefully turn it over. Use the spatula again to fold the pancake and remove to a serving plate. If it is difficult to fold (too thick), add a little more milk to your mixture and try pouring a little quicker! Serve and consume! 4 SF26010N_IM_V2.0.
HOW TO USE Method 2 This method is great for making those wafer thin crepes! It take a little practice though. Pour the mixture into a suitable dinner plate. Dip the inverted crepe maker into the mixture for 2 to 3 seconds Lift out, hold for a second or two then turn over. There will be a very thin crepe applied to the cooking surface. Leave to cook for around 3 minutes. Carefully fold the crepe over on to itself. No need to flip as cooking from one side is sufficient. Remove to plate & repeat.
HOW TO USE TIPS Whether you are making pancakes or crepes, carefully wipe the cooking surface and spatular between each pancake/crepe. Also wipe the spatular itself clean regularly to prevent sticking. BASIC RECIPES Crepes Pancakes 100g (4 oz) plain flour 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 225ml (8 fl oz) milk 1 egg 100g plain flour 2 large eggs 300ml milk Mix thoroughly.
