HOW TO USE
IMPORTANT
Before using for the first time, remove all packaging and throw away any blade cov-
ers. Wash the removable parts in warn soapy water. rinse and dry thoroughly.
With heavy mixtures, don’t use your hand blender for longer than 30 seconds in any
four-minute period - it will overheat. The appliance is intended domestic for use only
TO USE THE HAND BLENDER
You can blend baby food, soups, sauces, milk shakes and mayonnaise. For beaker
blending Don’t fill the beaker above 500ML.
FOR SAUCEPAN BLENDING
Take the pan off the heat and let it cool slightly. Otherwise your hand blender could
overheat.
1. Fit the power handle inside the blender shaft, turn and lock.
2. Plug in. To avoid splashing, place the blade in the food before switching on.
3. Hold the power handle steady. Then press the button. Don’t let liquid get above
the join between the power handle and blender shaft. Move the blade through the
food and use a stabbing action. If your blender gets blocked, unplug before cleaning.
4. After using, unplug and dismantle.
TO USE THE CHOPPER
You can chop meat, cheese, vegetables, herbs, bread, biscuits and nuts. Don’t chop
hard foods such as or chocolate - you’ll damage the blade.
1.Remove any bones and cut food into 1-2cm cubes.
2.Add your food
3.Assemble the chopper bowl as shown and attache the motor unit.
4.Plug in, hold the bowl steady, and then press on/off button.
5.After using, unplug and dismantle.
TO USE THE BALLOON WHISK
You can whip light ingredients such as egg whites; cream; instant desserts; and
eggs and sugar for whisked sponges. Don’t beat heavier mixtures (eg. margarine or
sugar), you’ll damage the whisk.
1.Attach the balloon whisk to the motor unit
2.Turn anti-clockwise to lock.
3.Place your food in a bowl and whisk accordingly.
