If the video is ickering, try changing to one of the following settings so your cameras frequency matches with the
electrical frequency of your environment:
Indoor 50Hz (for Australia/UK), Indoor 60Hz (for North America) or Outdoor (for Outside/Natural lighting)
TIP
In Outdoor mode, the camera will dynamically adjust exposure based on ambient light levels. This mode can also work
well for a camera placed in a poorly-lit (or lacking natural light) indoor environment. Note that after changing from
Indoor to Outdoor mode, please allow the camera go into standby for a few minutes to enable Outdoor mode to take
eect.
Select the live video quality between Low, Medium, and High. If live video takes a long time to load or stutters during
streaming, this may be caused by a slow or unstable connection to the internet—try using the Low setting which may
improve loading times and provide smoother video streaming.
Note: This setting does not aect the video quality of motion recordings as they are always captured in High
resolution.
If your camera is mounted upside down, you can ip the cameras video, including any future motion recordings, right
side up by tapping the Flip Image button. If you need to ip the camera's video back to its original orientation, simply
tap the Flip Image button again.
