Installation Guide

IMPORTANT
Please allow unit to be installed for 24 hours before using. This will allow proper curing of adhesive and caulking material.
CAULKING
Following instructions on the caulking tube, apply a bead of caulking along bottom and top edge of center panel and end
panels. The center panel’s two overlapping edges and the extreme left and right front edges of the end panels may also be
caulked if desired; however, it is NOT necessary.
CARE AND CLEANING
The surface is stain and abrasion resistant; however, it requires reasonable care. Wash regularly with warm water; use soft
cloth with mild liquid detergent such as Handy Andy, Mr. Clean, or Lestoil. Scouring pads made of nylon, saran or polyethylene
may be used but NEVER USE ABRASIVE SCOURING POWDERS, CLEANERS OR PADS…THEY DULL THE FINISH. Protect finish with
any fiberglass wax or automotive paste wax.
CAUTION
Dry cleaning agents and solvent will damage the surface. Burning cigarettes will damage and discolor surface.
5. Grasp end panel by the edges, care-
fully position in the corner. Press
firmly into the corner from top to
bottom, then press the entire surface
the same way to insure solid wall
contact.
6. Next prepare the other end panel.
Apply adhesive in similar pattern as
show in Figure 4; position panel and
press firmly into place.
7. NOTE: Back panel is slightly taller than end panels. This allows overlap at the
top edge. Apply adhesive around soap dish and shampoo shelf. Remember,
keep all adhesive 1" away from pressure sensitive tape.
8. Grasp back panel by edges, carefully
center; allow the left and right top
edges to overlap the end panels.
After positioning center panel, firmly
press the entire panel from top to
bottom making sure of solid contact.

5. Agarre el panel al extremo por los
bordes, colocándolo con cuidado en
el rincón. Apriete firmemente al
rincón de arriba hasta abajo y
entonces apriete de la misma manera
la superficie entera para asegurar
contacto sólido con la pared.
6. Prepare el otro panel al extremo.
Aplique adhesivo en diseño similar
como en la ilustración 4: Coloque
el panel y apriete firmemente.
7. NOTACIÓN: El panel delantero es un poco más alto que los paneles al extremo.
Este permite una superposición al borde arriba. Aplique adhesivo en los
alrededores del platillo del jabón y estante del champú. Recuerde, no permita
que el adhesivo alcance dentro de 1" de la cinta de presión sensible.
8. Agarre el panel trasero por los
bordes, centrándolo con cuidado.
Permita que se superpongan los
bordes al extremo, los bordes arriba
del izquierdo y derecho. Después de
colocar el panel central, apriete
firmemente de arriba hasta abajo,
asegurando el contacto sólido.
IMPORTANTE
Favor de no ulitizar esta unidad por 24 horas. Este permite la curación apropiada del adhesivo y calafateo.
EL CALAFATEAR
Siga las instrucciones en el tubo de calafateo, aplicando una gota de calafateo encima de los bordes arriba y abajo del panel
central y paneles al extremo. Se puede calafatear los dos bordes sobrepuestos del panel central y los bordes extremos
anteriores del izquierdo y derecho de los paneles al extremo, pero NO es necesario.
EL CUIDADO Y LA LIMPIEZA
La superficie resiste las manchas y abrasiones; sin embargo require el cuidado sensible. Hay que lavarla con regularidad con
agua tíbio; emplee tela blanda con detergente líquido suave como Handy Andy, Mr. Clean o Lestoil. Se puede emplear los
estropajos hechos de nilón, sarán o polietíleno pero NUNCA EMPLEE POLVOS, PRODUCTOS DE LIMPIEZA NI ESTROPAJOS ABRA-
SIVOS...CAUSAN LA PERDIDA DE LUSTRE DEL ACABADO. Projeta el acabado con cualquier cera de fibra de vidro o cera de auto.
ADVERTENCIA
Agentes de limpiar en seco y desolventes causarán el daño de la superficie. Los cigarillos quemantes dañarán y mancharán la
superficie.
