First of all, many thanks for purchasing the Sweex 3.5” External Storage Solution USB 2.0. By means of this external casing you can quickly

and easily connect an additional 3.5" hard disk to your PC or notebook. The external casing features a USB 2.0 connection.

English version Installation Remove the metal top and bottom of the external casing. In the casing you can now see both the IDE cable and the power supply connection for the 3.5"IDE hard disk. Carefully slide the IDE cable connector onto the hard disk. Note that the cable is properly connected; do not force anything. Connect the power supply cable at the same time. Screw four screws (included) tight into the bottom so that the hard disk is properly secured. See the illustration below.
