SECTION XIII - DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS
Waste Disposal Method: Do not flush down the toilet. Waste wipe sheets can be disposed of as part of municipal
trash. Disposal should be performed in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
SECTION XIV - TRANSPORT INFORMATION
DOT Classification: Swiffer Wet is not DOT hazardous and is not regulated under the DOT Hazardous Materials
Regulations, (49 CFR, parts 171-180), which govern the sale and transport of hazardous
materials.
SECTION XV - ADDITIONAL REGULATORY INFORMATION
All intentionally-present components are listed on the US TSCA Inventory. No components are affected by
Significant New Use Rules (SNURs) under TSCA §5.
Swiffer Wet is not subject to labeling under California Proposition 65.
All ingredients are CEPA approved for import to Canada by Procter & Gamble. This product has been classified
with Hazard Criteria of the Canadian Controlled Products Regulation (CPR) and this MSDS contains all information
required by the Canadian Products Regulation.
