WARNING: If the door or door seals are damaged, the oven must not be used until it has
been repaired by a qualified person.
WARNING: It is dangerous for anyone other than a qualified person to perform service or
repair work that requires the removal of a cover to protect against exposure to microwave
energy.
WARNING: Liquids or other foods should not be heated in sealed containers as they may
explode.
1. Only use kitchen utensils suitable for use in microwave ovens.
2. Metal objects for food and drinks are not allowed during microwave cooking.
3. When heating food in plastic or paper objects, keep an eye on the microwave due to the
possibility of ignition.
4. The microwave is intended for heating food and drinks. Drying food or clothing and heating
slippers, heating pads, sponges, damp cloths and the like can create a risk of injury, ignition or fire.
5. If smoke is observed, switch off the appliance or unplug the appliance and keep the door closed
to stifle any flames. Microwave heating of drinks can lead to delayed burst boiling, therefore care
should be taken when handling the microwave.
6. The contents of feeding bottles and baby food jars should be stirred or shaken. The temperature
should be checked before consumption to avoid burns.
7. Eggs in shell and whole hard-boiled eggs should not be heated in microwave ovens as they may
explode. Even after the microwave heating is finished.
8. Failure to keep the oven clean could result in surface deterioration which could affect the life of
the appliance and possibly create a hazardous situation.
