CP-40 Gebrauch eines Kopfhörers Stecken Sie Ihren Kopfhörer (nicht mitgeliefert) in die Buchse auf der linken Seite des Gerätes und drücken Sie Taste um Ihr Gespräch über Kopfhörer zu führen (Kopfhörer mit 2.5 mm Stecker erforderlich). CP-40 Impulswahl/Tonwahl einstellen Sie können das Wahlverfahren: P = Impulswahl, T = Tonwahl. Die Postition des Reglers für das Wahlverfahren sehen Sie auf untenstehender Skizze unter B. FLASH einstellen Mit der Funktion FLASH können Sie die Netzfunktionen Ihres Netzbetreibers anwählen. Die Flashzeit ist abhängig von Ihrem lokalen Netzbetreiber. Sie können die Flashzeit mittels des Flash-Reglers einstellen. Die Postition des Reglers sehen Sie auf untenstehender Skizze unter C.

CP-40 Anhang Pflege Ihr Telefon ist ein Produkt, das in Design und Ausführung hohen Ansprüchen genügt. Es sollte daher mit Sorgfalt behandelt werden. Zum Reinigen des Telefons wischen Sie das Gerät mit einem Antistatiktuch oder einem etwas angefeuchteten weichen Ledertuch ab, anschließend mit einem trockenen Tuch. Entsorgungshinweis (Umweltschutz) Am Ende der Lebensdauer des Produkts darf das Gerät nicht im normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden.

Important : If you are not going to use the telephone for more than 30 days, remove the batteries because they may leak and damage the unit. 1. Rotate the wall mounting knob as shown in the following illustration: Wall mounting knob Location Rotate 180° The knob is designed to keep the unit in place when the telephone is mounted on the wall. 2. Install the base unit on the wall and then plug one end of the line cord into the telephone connection socket and the other end into the modular telephone line jack marked . 3. CP-40 Headset function Plug your headset (not provided) into the headset jack on the left side of the base and press key to establish the phone conversation over the headset (headset with 2.5 mm plug required). Telephone configuration Note : Immediately change the following factory settings.

Mute In off-hook state, the user can press the button to activate the mute function.
CP-40 Pulse tone setting You can select P (PULSE) or T(TONE) dialing mode according to the requirements from the local telephone operator. The T/P switch is indicated in the following illustration under B. Flash time setting You can use the Flash feature to access services provided by your telephone operator. The Flash time is dependent on the local telephone exchange. You can change the setting using the switch indicated in the following illustration under C.

CP-40 Appendix Care Your telephone is a sophisticated product in terms of design and construction, and should therefore be handled with care. To clean the telephone, wipe first with an antistatic cloth or a damp, soft leather cloth and then dry using a dry cloth. Recycling (environmental protection) At the end of the product's life cycle, the telephone must not be disposed of in normal domestic waste.
CP-40 Warranty conditions Your telephone is subject to a guarantee from the date of purchase in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the telephone was purchased. As evidence of the date of purchase, please keep the receipt or the warranty card completed by the retailer. All defects attributable to material and manufacturing faults will be corrected free of charge within the warranty period, either by repairing or replacing the defective equipment.

CP-40 Fixation au mur 1. Faites pivoter la molette de fixation murale comme l’indique l’illustration suivante. Molette pour fixation murale Emplacement Rotation 180° La molette est conçue pour conserver l’appareil en place quand le téléphone est à la verticale sur le mur. 2. Installez la base sur le mur, puis branchez un embout du cordon ligne dans la prise murale et l’autre embout dans la prise modulaire de la base. 3. Fixez le téléphone au mur comme l’indique l’illustration suivante.

CP-40 Fonction micro-casque Branchez votre micro-casque (non fourni) dans la prise correspondante se trouvant sur la partie gauche de l'appareil et appuyez sur la touche pour établir la communication avec casque (casque avec prise jack de 2.5 mm requis). CP-40 Configuration Impulsion/Tonalité Vous pouvez sélectionner entre le mode de composition P (Impulsion) ou T (Tonalité) en fonction de votre compagnie de téléphone. Le commutateur T/P est indiqué à la position B. Configuration de la durée de Flash Vous pouvez utiliser la fonction Flash pour accéder aux services fournis par votre compagnie de téléphone. La durée de Flash dépend du système téléphonique local ; l’utilisateur peut néanmoins la modifier en configurant le commutateur indiqué à la position C.

CP-40 Annexe Entretien Votre téléphone est un produit répondant à de hautes exigences en matière de design et de fabrication, raison pour laquelle il convient de le traiter avec soin. Pour nettoyer le téléphone, frottez d’abord l’appareil avec un chiffon antistatique ou une peau de chamois légèrement humide puis séchez-le avec un chiffon sec. Elimination (protection de l’environnement) A la fin de sa durée de vie, l'appareil ne doit pas être éliminé avec les déchets ménagers.

CP-40 Funzione cuffia Collegare la vostra cuffia (non fornita) nella spina corrispondente sulla parte sinistra dell'apparecchio e premere il tasto per effettuare la conversazione tramite cuffia (cuffia con jack da 2.5 mm richiesta). CP-40 Appendice Cura Il vostro telefono è un prodotto che rispetta elevati criteri di design e funzionalità. Pertanto deve essere trattato con cura. Per pulire il telefono, spolverarlo con un panno antistatico oppure con un panno di pelle leggermente inumidito e poi con un panno asciutto. Avvertenze per lo smaltimento (Salvaguardia dell’ambiente) Alla fine del ciclo di vita, il prodotto non deve essere smaltito insieme ai rifiuti domestici.

Instale la base del aparato en la pared y conecte un extremo del cable al cajetín de línea, y el otro al conector de línea telefónica marcado como . 3. Cuelgue el aparato de la pared, según muestra la ilustración.
