Swissvoice CP110 Umgang mit dem Telefon Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung/Konformitätserklärung Mit dem Swissvoice CP110 haben Sie ein Telefon für den Anschluss an das analoge Telefonnetz oder an analoge Nebenstellen von Telefonanlagen und InternettelefonieAdaptern erworben. Bitte lesen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes die Bedienungsanleitung. Bei Betrieb an einer Nebenstellenanlage beachten Sie bitte die Bedienungsanleitung der Telefonanlage.
Swissvoice CP110 Ihr Telefon wird für normale Gebrauchsbedingungen gefertigt. Die heutigen Möbel sind mit einer unübersehbaren Vielfalt von Lacken und Kunststoffen beschichtet und werden mit unterschiedlichsten Pflegemitteln behandelt. Es ist daher nicht auszuschließen, dass manche dieser Stoffe Bestandteile enthalten, die die Kunststofffüße des Telefons angreifen und erweichen. Die so durch Fremdstoffe veränderten Gerätefüße können u. U. auf der Oberfläche der Möbel unliebsame Spuren hinterlassen.

Swissvoice CP110 Telefon anschließen • Verbinden Sie das Hörer-Kabel mit dem Telefonhörer und das andere Ende mit der Buchse an der linken Seite des Telefons. • Verbinden Sie das Telefon mit Hilfe des Telefon-Anschlusskabels mit der Telefondose oder dem Anschluss an der Telefonanlage. Wandmontage Messen und markieren Sie die Löcher für die Wandmontage entsprechend der Unterseite des Telefons.
Swissvoice CP110 Telefonieren Einen Telefonanruf entgegennehmen / beenden Bei eingehenden Anrufen wird die Telefonnummer des Anrufers bzw. dessen Name (wenn ein Eintrag im Telefonbuch des Gerätes vorliegt) auf dem Display angezeigt, sofern die Übermittlung der Rufnummer an Ihrem Anschluss verfügbar ist. Wenn das Telefon klingelt heben Sie den Hörer ab oder drücken Sie die Taste um das Gespräch im Freisprechbetrieb anzunehmen. Zum Beenden des Gesprächs legen Sie den Hörer auf.
Swissvoice CP110 Hörer liegt auf Sie haben folgende Möglichkeiten, eine Rufnummer zu wählen: • Geben Sie die Rufnummer mit den Zifferntasten ein. Sie können Korrekturen vornehmen. Löschen Sie die letzte Ziffer mit der Taste . Starten Sie die Wahl durch Abnehmen des Hörers oder Drücken der Taste . • Drücken Sie eine der Direktwahltaste M1 … M4 (Hinweis: Sie müssen vorher eine Rufnummer auf diese Direktwahltaste programmiert haben). Starten Sie die Wahl durch Abnehmen des Hörers oder Drücken der Taste .
Swissvoice CP110 nommene Anrufe werden zusammen durch die Zahl über ALLE angezeigt. Bei wiederholten Anrufen wird Uhrzeit und Datum des letzten Anrufes in die Liste eingetragen. Anzeigen der Anrufliste, Einträge löschen • Das Telefon ist im Ruhezustand. • Drehen Sie das Rad gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Der neueste Eintrag wird angezeigt. • Drehen Sie weiter, um die nächsten Einträge anzuzeigen. • Löschen Sie den angezeigten Eintrag durch zweimaliges Drücken der Taste .
Swissvoice CP110 Telefon einstellen Rufnummer auf Direktwahltaste oder Kurzwahltaste speichern • • • • Das Telefon ist im Ruhezustand. Geben Sie die Telefonnummer ein oder rufen Sie einen Eintrag aus der Wahlwiederholungsliste oder der Anrufliste auf. Drücken Sie die Speichertaste . Drücken Sie eine der Direktwahltasten M1 … M4 oder eine der Zifferntasten 1, 2, 3 … 0, *, #, die Sie als Kurzwahltaste programmieren möchten.
Swissvoice CP110 Datum/Zeit einstellen Um eine korrekte Anzeige der Einträge in der Anrufliste zu ermöglichen müssen Datum und Uhrzeit eingestellt sein. • Drücken Sie die Taste . Das Menü wird geöffnet. • Wählen Sie DATUM/ZEIT und drücken Sie . • Stellen Sie das Jahr ein und drücken Sie . • Stellen Sie die Stunde ein und drücken Sie . • Verfahren Sie nach diesem Muster für die Eingabe von Minute, Tag und Monat und drücken Sie jeweils . Der entsprechende Wochentag wird automatisch angezeigt.
Swissvoice CP110 Neuen Eintrag im Telefonbuch anlegen • • • • • • Drücken Sie die Taste . Das Menü wird geöffnet. Wählen Sie TBUCH ZUFUEGEN und drücken Sie . Geben Sie die Rufnummer ein und drücken Sie . Geben Sie mit den Zifferntasten den Namen buchstabenweise ein (entsprechend der Beschriftung auf den Tasten) und drücken Sie . Mit dem Rad bewegen Sie den Cursor, mit löschen Sie Fehler bei der Eingabe. Leerzeichen geben Sie mit der Taste 0 ein. Drücken Sie die Taste um den neuen Eintrag zu speichern.
Swissvoice CP110 Flashzeit einstellen • • • • Drücken Sie die Taste . Das Menü wird geöffnet. Wählen Sie FLASHZEIT und drücken Sie . Wählen Sie eine Flashzeit (100 ms / 300 ms / 600 ms) und drücken Sie Wählen Sie einen anderen Menüpunkt oder verlassen Sie das Menü mit . . Hinweis: Für die Nutzung der Leistungsmerkmale im analogen Telefonnetz ist die Einstellung „100 ms“ üblich. Fragen Sie ggf. Ihren Netzbetreiber nach der für Ihren Anschluss notwendigen Einstellung.
Swissvoice CP110 Verwendung am analogen Port von Internettelefonie-Adaptern Beim Einsatz am Internettelefonieadapter kann es selten vorkommen, dass Probleme bei der • Klingelsignalisierung • Rufnummernanzeige • Uhrzeitanzeige auftreten. Das Swissvoice CP110 weist deswegen keinen Defekt auf. Mehrere Ursachen können das fehlerhafte Arbeiten der erwähnten Funktionen bedingen: • Der Provider für Internettelefonie stellt das Merkmal nicht an Ihrem Internettelefonie-Anschluss zur Verfügung.
Swissvoice CP110 Anhang Pflege Ihr Telefon ist ein Produkt, das in Design und Ausführung hohen Ansprüchen genügt. Es sollte daher mit Sorgfalt behandelt werden. Beachten Sie dazu alle Sicherheitshinweise auf Seite 1. Zum Reinigen des Telefons wischen Sie das Gerät mit einem Antistatiktuch oder einem etwas angefeuchteten weichen Ledertuch ab, anschließend mit einem trockenen Tuch.

Swissvoice CP110 Using the telephone Intended use/Conformity declaration With the Swissvoice CP110 you have acquired a telephone to connect to the analog telephone network or an analog extension of a telephone system and Internet telephony adapters. Before commissioning the appliance, please read the Operating Instructions. When operating on an extension system, please observe the Operating Instructions for the telephone system.
Swissvoice CP110 Your telephone is manufactured for normal conditions of use. Furniture of today is coated with a conspicuous variety of paints and plastics and is treated with various caring agents. Therefore, it cannot be eliminated that some of these materials contain constituents that attack and soften the plastic feet of the telephone. The feet of the appliance mutated by the foreign material can possibly leave unpleasant traces on the surface of the furniture.

Swissvoice CP110 Connecting the telephone • Connect the receiver cable with the telephone receiver and the other end to the jack on the left side of the telephone. • Use the telephone connecting cable to connect the telephone to the telephone socket or the connection to the telephone system. Wall assembly Measure and mark the holes for the wall assembly in accordance with the underside of the telephone.
Swissvoice CP110 Telephoning Accepting / ending a telephone call When a call comes in, the telephone number and name of the caller (if an entry exists in the telephone directory) is shown on the display, as long as the transmission of the call number is available at your connection. When the telephone rings, pick up the receiver or press the key to accept the call in hands-free mode. To end the call, replace the receiver.
Swissvoice CP110 The receiver is in position To dial a number, you have the options that follow: • Enter the number using the numeric keys. You can make corrections. Delete the last number using the key . Start dialling by picking up the receiver or pressing the key . • Press one of the direct-dial keys M1 … M4 (Note: You must have previously programmed a number on this direct-dial key). Start dialling by picking up the receiver or pressing the key .
Swissvoice CP110 Display the call list, delete entries • The telephone is in idle state. • Turn the wheel anticlockwise. The newest entry is displayed. • Turn further to display the next entry. • Delete the displayed entry by twice pressing the key . To delete all entries, keep the key pressed for approx. 5 seconds until the message "DEL ALL?“ appears, momentarily release the key and press again. Calling using the call list, receiver picked up • Turn the wheel. • Select the desired entry.
Swissvoice CP110 Setting up the telephone Store number on a direct-dial key or quick-dial key • • • • The telephone is in idle state. Enter the telephone number or call up an entry from the repeat dial or call list. Press the memory key . Press one of the direct-dial keys M1 … M4 or a numeric key 1, 2, 3 … 0, *, #, that you wish to program as a quick-dial key. Note: If you wish to enter a break (3.6 s) within a telephone number, press the key at the desired position.
Swissvoice CP110 Setting the date/time In order to obtain a correct display of the entries in the call list, the date and time must be set. • Press the key . The menu opens. • Select DATE/TIME and press . • Set the year and press . • Set the hour and press . • Continue in this manner for entering the minute, day and month and each time press . The corresponding weekday is automatically displayed. • Select another menu item or exit the menu with . Setting the contrast • • • • Press the key .
Swissvoice CP110 Create a new entry in the telephone directory • • • • • • Press the key . The menu opens. Select PHONEBOOK ADD and press . Enter the number and press . Use the numeric keys and enter the names as characters (corresponding to the inscription on the keys) and press . Use the wheel to move the cursor, use to delete entries when entering Use the key 0 to enter spaces. Press the key to save the new entry. Input further new entries or exit the menu with .
Swissvoice CP110 Setting the flash time • • • • Press the key . The menu opens. Select FLASH TIME and press . Select a flash time (100 ms / 300 ms / 600 ms) and press Select another menu item or exit the menu with . . Note: The setting "100 ms" is common for the use of the capability characteristics in the analog telephone network. As necessary, ask your network provider for the required setting for your connection.
Swissvoice CP110 Use of the analog port of Internet telephony adapters When using the Internet telephony adapter, seldom problems can occur with the • Ringing signal • Display of the telephone number • Display of the time. However, the Swissvoice CP110 is not defect. There can be many causes of incorrect operation of the functions mentioned: • The provider of the Internet telephony has not made the feature available at your Internet telephony connection.
Swissvoice CP110 Appendix Care Your telephone is a product that fulfills high demands in design and construction. Therefore, it should be treated with care. Observe all of the safety instructions on Page 1. Clean the telephone with an anti-static cloth, or slightly moist soft leather cloth and subsequently with a dry cloth. Service and warranty During a period of 24 months after the purchase date, there is no cost to you for rectification of cases covered under the warranty.
