● Press , select Answ Machine and press OK.
● Select Play and press OK.
● Press the End call key to end playback.
During playback:
● Press OK to open the Options menu.
The following options are available:
● Repeat – repeat the message
● Next – skip to next message
● Previous – return to previous message
● Delete – delete a message during playback
Press the
navigation key +/-, to adjust the playback volume.
Delete all old messages (from the handset)
● Press , select Answ Machine and press OK.
● Select Delete all and press OK.
● To delete all messages confirm with OK.
Record memo
You can leave a message behind for other internal users by
recording a memo.
● Press , select Answ Machine and press OK.
● Select Record Memo and press OK.
● Recording is displayed.
● Speak your memo into the handset microphone.
● Press the End call key to end recording. The memo is
stored the same way as an incoming message.
