8 Phone Book
You can use the phone book to store up to 50 phone numbers toge-
ther with the associated names. Each phone number can be assigned
a specific ringing tone.
Opening the phone book
H Open the phone book directly
or
M Open the main menu
+ / - PHONEBOOK , Select Phonebook and
M confirm it
The phone book entries are arranged alphabetically.
Creating a phone book entry
H Open the phone book
M Open the submenu
+ / -
ADD
, Select the submenu and
M confirm it
NAME ë, M Enter the name (max. 12
characters) and confirm it
NUMBER
ë, M Enter the phone number (max. 20
digits) and confirm it
ALARM TONE x + / -,Select a melody and
M confirm it
Entering names
Letters are also imprinted on the digit keys. Letters, digits and special
characters are entered by pressing the relevant key the respective
number of times.
1 Enter a space
+ or - Move cursor to the left or right
C Delete the character
Hold down C Delete entire text
* and # Enter special characters
To enter the same letter twice, press the button to enter the
letter. Wait until the cursor skips one position forwards. Enter
the letter again.
Selecting a phone book entry
In order to move directly to the first letter of the phone book entry re-
quired, open the phone book and press the key to enter the corres-
ponding letter. Then use the + and - buttons to navigate to
the required phone book entry.
