Updating the VoIP driver
Drivers are subject to an ongoing process of development. If new drivers are
available for your product you can download them from the manufacturer’s web
site. Either go straight to the manufacturer’s site or run your USB Phone Suite.
 Click on the manufacturer’s logo in the bottom left corner.
 Download the latest driver version of your telephone.
 Before installing new VoIP drivers, uninstall all VoIP drivers residing on your
PC.
Skypet information
When Skype is started for the first time following installation, the Another pro-
gram wants to use Skype dialogue box opens.
 To prevent the dialogue box appearing again and automatically ensure the
program always accesses Skype, select the first option.
 To ensure the dialogue box appears each time Skype is started, select the
second option.
 To refuse access to Skype and, thus, prevent the functions being
activated, select the third option.
