 Press the button depicted briefly

 Remove the handset from the charging

Icon Description
You can scroll through the menu.
On: The connection to the base station is good.
Flashing: The connection to the base station is poor. Move nea-
rer to the base station.
On: An external call is currently being made.
Flashing: An external call has been received;  Page 140.
The ringing tone has been switched off;  Page 143.
The microphone is deactivated (muted);  Page 143.
The key lock function is activated;  Page 143.
On: Displays the battery capacity.
Flashing: Batteries must be charged.
Run−through segments: Batteries are being charged;  Page
131.
Indicates the setting currently activated.
New Calls New calls have been registered in the call log;  Page 155.
