Setting the display
y Press the Menu softkey.
 /  Select HS SETTINGS and press OK.
 /  Select HS DISPLAY and press OK.
 /  Select whether you want to display the handset name
or the time when in Standby mode and confirm by
pressing OK.
Setting auto answer
y Press the Menu softkey.
 /  Select HS SETTINGS and press OK.
 /  Select AUTO ANSWER and press OK.
 /  Select whether the Auto Answer function should be
switched on or off and confirm by pressing OK.
When Auto Answer is switched on, a call is taken immediately
the handset is removed from the base station.
Setting the ringing melody for the base station
y Press the Menu softkey.
 /  Select BS SETTINGS and press OK.
 /  Select BS RINGER and press OK.
 /  Select a melody and confirm by pressing OK.
Setting the ringing volume for the base station
y Press the Menu softkey.
 /  Select BS SETTINGS and press OK.
 /  Select RING VOLUME and press OK.
 /  Select a volume and confirm by pressing OK.
Setting the dialling mode
y Press the Menu softkey.
 /  Select BS SETTINGS and press OK.
 /  Select DIAL MODE and press OK.
 /  Select TONE or PULSE and confirm by pressing OK.
TONE is correct for most connections.
