Deleting your own outgoing message and reverting to the default message
After deleting your own outgoing message, the pre−recorded message is automatically
reactivated.
 Open the main menu
 or 
AM Operation
,  Select the menu and confirm
 or 
AM Setting ,  Select the submenu and confirm
 or 
Delete OGM
,  Select the function and confirm
 or 
OGM1
or
OGM 2
,  Select OGM 1 or 2 and confirm
Recording a memo
A memo is a message left for other machine users and can be played in the same way
as an incoming message.
Recording the memo
A memo cannot be longer than 4 minutes.
 Open the main menu
 or 
AM Operation
,  Select the menu and confirm
 or 
Record Memo
,  Select the function and confirm
 Stop the recording
Playing/Deleting recorded messages/memos
Playing messages/memos
The recorded messages/memos are played back in the sequence they were recorded.
The weekday and time of recording are announced before the respective message or
memo is played back.
Using the base station:
 Start/Stop playback
 Repeat playback of the message
2 x  Play previous message
 Play next message
Using the handset:
3 sec  Start playback
 Repeat playback of the message
2 x  Play previous message
 Play next message
Deleting one message/memo
Using the base station:
 Start/Stop playback
 Delete message/memo currently playing
Using the handset:
3 sec  Start playback
 Delete message/memo currently playing
