Faults Corrective measures
− The answering ma-
chine does not take
calls
− Ensure that the answering machine is
connected correctly and switched on.
− Check whether the answering machine
memory is full. Delete messages from the
memory, if necessary.
− No memo can be re-
corded
− Check whether a memo has already been
recorded. Delete the old memo, if possi-
ble.
− Check whether the answering machine
memory is full. Delete messages from the
memory, if necessary.
− No remote access
functions can be ex-
ecuted
− Check that the correct security code has
been entered for the remote access.
− The telephone to be used for remote ac-
cess must be set to tone dialling.
