1 Sicherheitshinweise Lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Dieses Telefon ist geeignet zum Telefonieren innerhalb eines Telefonnetzes. Jede andere Verwendung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Eigenmächtige Veränderungen oder Umbauten sind nicht zulässig. Öffnen Sie das Gerät in keinem Fall selbst und führen Sie keine eigenen Reparaturversuche durch.

2 Telefon in Betrieb nehmen Sicherheitshinweise Achtung: Lesen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise in Kapitel 1.
Akkus einlegen Öffnen Sie das Akkufach durch Abwärtsschieben des Akkufachdeckels. Legen Sie die Akkus vom Typ AAA polrichtig in das Akkufach ein. Das Mobilteil funktioniert nicht mit falsch eingelegten Akkus. Es ist auch nicht auszuschließen, dass dadurch Schäden am Mobilteil entstehen. Setzen Sie den Deckel wieder auf das Akkufach und schieben Sie ihn nach oben, bis er einrastet. Akkus aufladen 2 Stellen Sie das Mobilteil in die Basis− oder Ladestation.
Datum und Uhrzeit In diesem Menü stellen Sie das Datum und die Uhrzeit ein. 1. Taste O drücken. 2. Mit den Tasten G und H zum Menüpunkt DATUM/UHR navigieren. 3. Taste O drücken. 4. Über die Zifferntasten die Jahreszahl eingeben. Drücken Sie z. B. nacheinander die Tasten 1 und 1 für das Jahr 2011. Die Vorgehensweise für die Eingaben Monat, Tag, Stunden und Minuten ist identisch. 5. Taste O drücken. 6. Über die Zifferntasten den Monat eingeben. 7. Taste O drücken. 8. Über die Zifferntasten den Tag eingeben.
Nebenstellenanlagen Auf Seite 17 erhalten Sie weitere Informationen, falls Sie Ihr Telefon an eine Nebenstellenanlage anschließen möchten. Strahlungsreduzierung (ECO−Mode) Im Gesprächsmodus wird die Strahlung abhängig von der Entfernung des Mobilteils zur Basis verringert. Strahlungsreduzierung durch MAXI ECOmode Im MAXI ECOmodeˆ ist die Strahlung (DECT−Sendeleistung) von Basis und Mobilteil im Ruhezustand ausgeschaltet.

4 Einführende Informationen In diesem Kapitel finden Sie grundlegende Informationen zur Handhabung der Bedienungsanleitung und des Telefons. 5 Telefonbuch Im Telefonbuch können Sie 50 Rufnummern mit den dazugehörigen Namen speichern. Geben Sie bei allen Rufnummern immer die Vorwahl mit ein, damit auch eingehende Ortsgespräche einem Telefonbucheintrag zugeordnet werden können. Ist die Speicherkapazität erschöpft, zeigt das Display beim nächsten Speichern die Meldung SPEICH VOLL. Um wieder Platz zu schaffen, müssen Sie zuerst einen anderen Eintrag löschen. Die Telefonbucheinträge sind alphabetisch geordnet.

9 Nebenstellenanlagen / Zusatzdienste R−Funktionen an Nebenstellenanlagen Ist Ihr Telefon an einer Nebenstellenanlage angeschlossen, können Sie über die Taste O weitere Funktionen, wie z. B. Anrufe weiterleiten und automatischen Rückruf, nutzen. Lesen Sie bitte in der Bedienungsanleitung Ihrer Nebenstellenanlage, welche Flash−Zeit Sie zur Nutzung dieser Funktionen einstellen müssen.
Ansagemodus Sie haben die Möglichkeit, zwischen Ansage mit Nachrichtenaufzeichnung" und Nur-Hinweisansage" zu wählen. Der Anrufbeantworter ist werkseitig mit voreingestellten Ansagen versehen. Diese Ansagen werden abgespielt, wenn Sie keine eigenen Ansagen aufgenommen haben. Ansage mit Nachrichten−aufzeichnung (Ansage 1) Es wird ein Ansagetext abgespielt und eingehende Nachrichten werden aufgezeichnet (max. Dauer ca. drei Minuten).
Memos aufzeichnen Sie können auf dem Anrufbeantworter Memos aufzeichnen und später wieder abspielen. 1. Taste 2 Sekunden drücken. 2. Nach dem Piepton: Sprechen Sie Ihren Text laut und deutlich in die Richtung des Anrufbeantworters. 3. Taste drücken, um die Aufzeichnung zu beenden. Eingegangene Nachrichten Die LED−Anzeige blinkt, wenn neue Nachrichten eingegangen sind. Nachrichten/Memos abspielen 1. Taste drücken, um die Nachrichten abzuspielen. Neue Nachrichten werden zuerst abgespielt.
Anrufbeantworter fernabfragen bzw. fernsteuern Sie können Ihren Anrufbeantworter von einem MFV-fähigen (Mehrfrequenz−Wahlverfahren) Telefon aus abfragen und fernsteuern, d. h., Sie können Nachrichten abhören und/oder Nachrichten löschen. 1. Rufen Sie Ihr(en) Telefon/Anrufbeantworter von einem MFV-fähigen Telefon aus an. Es gelten die von Ihnen vorgenommenen Einstellungen (siehe Klingelverzögerung).
11 Erweitern des Telefonsystems Über den international genormten GAP1−Standard ist die Kompatibilität von Mobilteilen und Basisstationen unterschiedlicher Hersteller geregelt. So ist es möglich, SWITEL−Geräte und Geräte anderer Hersteller zusammen in ein Telefonsystem zu integrieren. Es ist jedoch möglich, dass einige Funktionen nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Mobilteil anmelden Es können bis zu 5 Mobilteile, auch Mobilteile anderer Hersteller, an Ihrer Basisstation betrieben werden.

Insérer les piles rechargeables Ouvrez le compartiment piles en poussant le cache vers le bas. Introduisez les piles du type AAA dans leur compartiment en veillant à ce que la polarisation soit correcte. Le combiné ne fonctionne pas si les piles sont placées incorrectement. Dans ce cas, il n’est pas exclu que le combiné subisse des dommages. Reposez le cache sur le compartiment à piles et poussez−le vers le haut jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche.

Afin de créer à nouveau de la place, vous devez d’abord effacer un autre enregistrement.

9 Installations PABX / Services confort Fonctions R sur des installations PABX Si votre téléphone est raccordé à une installation PABX, vous pouvez, au moyen de la touche O, bénéficier de certaines fonctions, comme par ex. le transfert d’appels et le rappel automatique. Veuillez lire dans le mode d’emploi de votre installation PABX le temps de flash à paramétrer pour l’utilisation de ces fonctions.
Mode de l’annonce Vous avez la possibilité de choisir entre Annonce avec enregistrement de message" et Annonce simple". Le répondeur contient des annonces préréglées en usine. Celles−ci sont reproduites si vous vous n’avez pas enregistré vos propres annonces. Annonce avec enregistrement de message (annonce 1) Pas de lecture du texte d’annonce et les messages entrants sont enregistrés (durée max. env. trois minutes).
Enregistrer des mémos Vous pouvez enregistrer des mémos sur le répondeur et les écouter ultérieurement. 1. Appuyez 2 secondes sur la touche . 2. Après le bip : dictez votre texte à voix haute et distincte en direction de votre répondeur. 3. Appuyez sur la touche pour terminer l’enregistrement. Consultation ou commande à distance du répondeur Vous pouvez consulter ou commander votre répondeur à distance à partir d’un téléphone à signalisation multifréquences, ce qui veut dire que vous pouvez écouter et / ou effacer des messages. 1. Inserire gli accumulatori Aprire il vano accumulatori spingendo in basso il coperchio del vano accumulatori. Inserire gli accumulatori di tipo AAA nel vano accumulatori osservando la corretta polarità. L’unità portatile non funziona con accumulatori inseriti erroneamente mentre non è neanche possibile escludere il rischio di conseguenti danni all’unità portatile. Riposizionare il coperchio sul vano accumulatori spingendolo verso sopra fino a quando scatta in posizione.

5 Rubrica telefonica Nella rubrica telefonica è possibile memorizzare 50 numeri di chiamata con rispettivi nomi. Assegnare a tutti i numeri di chiamata sempre un prefisso in modo da poter riconoscere anche una chiamata urbana in arrivo ed abbinarla ad una voce presente nella rubrica telefonica. Una volta esaurita la capacità di memoria, al successivo tentativo di memorizzazione sul display appare l’indicazione MEM PIENA.
Cancellare voci nella rubrica telefonica 1. Premere il tasto T. 2. Navigare con i tasti G / H alla voce richiesta. In alternativa è possibile immettere la lettera iniziale del nome cercato. 3. 11 Ampliamento del sistema telefonico Lo standard internazionale GAP1 regola la compatibilità di unità portatili e stazioni base di costruttori differenti. In tal modo è possibile adoperare apparecchi SWITEL in combinazione con apparecchi di altri costruttori all’interno di un unico sistema telefonico. Può comunque anche verificarsi la mancata disponibilità di alcune funzioni.

Inserting the batteries Open the battery compartment by sliding the cover downwards. Insert the batteries, type AAA, in the battery compartment, paying attention to correct polarity. The handset does not work if the batteries are inserted incorrectly. The handset could also be damaged as a result. Replace the cover back on the battery compartment and slide it upwards until it snaps into place. Charging the batteries 47 Place the handset in the base or charging station.

When the memory capacity is used up, the message MEMORY FULL appears in the display. To create space, an existing entry must first be deleted. The phone book entries are arranged alphabetically.

Displaying the duration of a call The duration of the call you are making is shown on the display. Handsfree 58 This function is used to listen to the caller via the loudspeaker. Two methods are available to use the phone in Handsfree mode, namely direct dialling and switching during a call. 9 PABX Systems / Supplementary Services R−functions on private branch exchanges If your telephone is connected to a private branch exchange (PABX), functions such as call forwarding or automatic call back can be used via the O button. Refer to the operating manual provided with your private branch exchange as to which Flash time must be set in order to use these functions.
Answering mode You can select between answer with message recording" and answer only" modes. The answering machine is provided with pre−recorded outgoing messages at the factory. These outgoing messages are played if you do not record your own outgoing messages. Answer with message recording (OGM 1) An outgoing message is played to the callers after which they can leave a message (max. length approx. three minutes).
Recording memos You can record memos on the answering machine and play them back later. 1. Press the button for 2 seconds. 2. After the acoustic signal: Speak your text loud and clear towards the answering machine. 3. Press the button to end recording. Incoming messages The LED indicator flashes when new messages have been received. Playing messages/memos 1. Press the button to play back messages. New messages are played back first. Other functions are available while the message is being played.
Remote access/control of the answering machine You can access the answering machine from a distant phone which uses tone dialling (multi− frequency dialling mode) and execute functions, i.e., you can play messages and/or delete messages. 1. Call your phone/answering machine from an external phone in tone dialling mode. The settings defined you defined are valid (refer to Ring delay"). If your answering machine is not switched on, it switches on automatically after the tenth ring. 2. 3. 4.
11 Extending the Telephone System The internationally approved GAP1 regulates the compatibility of handsets and base stations from different manufacturers. As a result, it is possible to integrate SWITEL devices and devices from other manufacturers together in one telephone system. It is possible, however, that some functions are not available. Registering handset Up to 5 handsets, including those from other manufacturers, can be operated from your base station.
