Recording an outgoing message
3 sec  Initiate selection
Press and hold  Record your outgoing message with recording
(OGM 1) or
Press and hold  Record your outgoing message without recording
(OGM 2)
Speak your text slowly and clearly. Release the  or  but-
ton after finishing recording your message.
Playing and/or deleting outgoing message
 Play the OGM currently selected
 Your own OGM is deleted, the pre−recorded OGM
is reactivated and subsequently played to a caller.
The pre−recorded outgoing messages cannot be deleted.
Answering delay
Press and hold  The selection options are announced:
Tollsaver, 2−9
Release  Release the button when the required setting is
played. The selected setting is played.
Recording memos
Memos can only be recorded via the handset.
Playing the weekday and time
 The weekday and time currently set are played.
Activating the message alert indicator
Press and hold  Message alert indicator on
Press and hold  Message alert indicator off
Playing the security code
 The security code currently set is played.
