Editing telephone book entries
Press the phone book key.
/ Select an entry.
Option Press the Option softkey.
/ Select one of the following options and confirm with OK:
New entry You can create a new entry.
Edit entry You can edit the entry. Use the Clear softkey to delete char-
acters and numbers then add new characters and numbers
as required. Please refer to “Creating a new entry“.
View The entry is shown. Use the arrow keys to view the details of
the selected entry.
Copy The entry will be transferred to another handset.
Copy all The complete telephone book will be transferred to another
handset.
Delete entry All entries are shown. Scroll to the desired entry. Press OK to
delete the entry after a confirmation query.
Delete all Press OK to delete all entries after a confirmation query.
Capacity The current allocation will be displayed (e.g. Numbers
197/200 : 197 of 200 possible entries are empty).
Edit call Gp. You can change the group’s name and melody.
Speed dial Select a digit key to assign an entry as a speed dial number
to. Select the respective entry.
This telephone number will be dialled by long pressing the
respective digit key.
