Deleting outgoing messages and returning to pre−recorded messages

After deleting your own outgoing message, the pre−recorded message is automa-

tically reactivated.

Via the Outgoing Message menu:

Select the function and confirm

Recording a memo

A memo is a message left for other machine users and can be played in the

same way as an incoming message.

Via the Answer Machine menu:

Memo aufnehmen

Ok Select the function and confirm

Speak your memo and store it

Playing or deleting recorded messages/memos

Play the messages

The recorded messages/memos are played back in the sequence they were re-

ceived. The weekday and time of recording are announced before the respective

message or memo is played back.

Via the base station:

 Play

 Stop playback

 Repeat playback of message

2 x  Play the previous message

 Play the next message

Via the handset using the Answer Machine menu:
