Taking a call being recorded
It is possible to take a call even if the answering machine has already be-
gun to take it. Recording of the message is stopped in this case.

Selecting the answering mode
The answering machine is provided with two, pre−recorded outgoing mes-
sages, OGM 1 and OGM 2. After the Answer & Record" OGM has been
played, the caller can leave a message. The Answer Only OGM is purely
an announcement after which no message can be left. The pre−recorded
outgoing messages can be replaced by ones of your own. When the ans-
wering machine’s memory is full, the Answer Only message is automati-
cally played.

Deleting outgoing messages and returning to pre−recorded messages
After deleting your own outgoing message, the pre−recorded message is
automatically reactivated.

Recording a memo
A memo is a message left for other machine users and can be played in
the same way as an incoming message.
