The volume can be set to one of 8 different volume levels.

Playing/Deleting recorded messages
Playing the messages
The recorded messages are played back in the sequence they were recorded. The week-
day and time of recording are announced for the respective message prior to being played.
 Play the message
 Stop playback
 Repeat playback of the message
2 x  Play the previous message
 Play the next message
Deleting a message
 Play the message to be deleted
 Delete message while it is being played
Deleting all messages
Messages which have been deleted cannot be restored!
All the messages / memos have been deleted.
5 sec.  Delete the messages
Answering machine display
The answering machine display indicates the machine status.
