Listen new messages / deleting single messages
Menu Press the Menu softkey.
/ Select Answer machine and press OK.
/ Select Play messages and press OK.
The loudspeaker on the handset will be switched on and the
playback will start.
During playback you have the following options:
/ You can set the playback volume.
Pause Press Pause to stop playback.
… to skip to the next message.
… to go back to the previous message or to begin the
relevant message again.
Delete … to delete the relevant message.
☞ These options you can access via the digit keys as well. Press:
- key 2: to stop playback.
- key 6: to skip to the next message.
- key 4: to begin the relevant message again or to go back to the
previous message (press key 4 twice).
- key 5: to delete the relevant message.
Deleting all old messages
Menu Press the Menu softkey.
/ Select Answer machine and press OK.
/ Select Delete msg. and press OK. All old (already heard)
messages will be deleted after a confirmation query.
