Deleting all entries
Open the relevant phone book as previously described.

Linking a phone book entry with a picture
Existing phone book entries can be linked to a picture.

Transferring phone book entries to other handsets
It is possible to transfer the phone book entries in the Personal PHBK" to
other handsets which support the function.

Copy an entry

Initiate the copy process

Select the number of the handset to
receive the entry
Transfer must be confirmed by pressing

Copying all entries
All the existing phone book entries on the receiving handset are
deleted.

Adding entries
Only the new entries are added to the phone book. Existing entry are
retained and are not overwritten.
