Muting the microphone in the handset
The microphone in the handset can be activated and deactivated
during a telephone conversation.
 Deactivate the microphone
(muting on)
 Activate the microphone
Key lock
The key lock feature prevents functions assigned to buttons being
activated accidentally.
2 sec.  Lock the keys
Incoming calls can still be taken in the normal way even
when the key lock function is activated.
2 sec.  Unlock the keys
Handset ringing tone
The handset’s ringing tone can be switched off.
2 sec.  Switch the ringer melody off
2 sec.  Switch on the ringer melody on
Searching for the handset (Paging)
If you have mislaid your handset, you can sound a paging tone to
find it.
Base station ,  Sound the paging tone
 or  Stop the paging tone
