 SOS: 8 predefined SOS numbers; device calls each number 3 times and moves to the next number
automatically. In SOS calls, a voice prompt directs the call party to press 5 to accept the SOS call.

 SOS Message: Once an SOS is triggered, an automatic SOS text message (programmed through the
APP) is sent. Message can be sent up to 8 registered SOS numbers (1-8)

 Direct memories. Can set direct memories (M1-M2). Operate or cancel with a single press
 Tone & Profile: 4 ring options (ring only, vibration only, ring + vibration, or mute)

Last known location: in GET menu, last known location appears with Google link + date & time, as
well as a mark on the map (Android version only)
Automatic GPS location report at specific times (1-5-10-15-30-60-120-240 minutes)
The GPS location is sent once the following features are operational:
1. SOS / 2. Fall detection / 3. Geo fence
 Location request by APP: The APP's Find Location feature sends the device location marked on the
map.
 Cell base Position (CBP): If GPS is not available, the device sends a position by network antenna -
cell based position (normally for indoor use or when satellite is not available).
 Geo-Fencing: Enable / disable. Once this feature is enabled, users can press on the APP map to set
the diameter border circle (range in meters from 50m to 1000m). (on iOS single press and on
Android long press). Once the user crosses or is outside the marked circle, the device does all the
following:
1. Makes a local alarm sound
2. Calling SOS
3. Sends the text message “Device Geo Fence Alert”
4. Sends the device position
 Periodic Device Check: The device sends an automatic device ALIVE message (“Device is OK”) to a
dedicated pre-registered number (set for up 1-7 days)
 Fall detection: The device is equipped with an accelerometer having 3 sensitivities (normal, low and
high), which detects a fall. Sends a text message to a pre-registered number (“a fall is detected”)
Once a fall is detected, the device makes a local alarm sound for 10 seconds before calling +
sending a message (to allow the user to cancel the alarm if the fall was a mistake)
 Low battery: Battery percentage displayed on the APP when in GET menu (Android version only)
Device makes local Low battery voice announcement for the user, when relevant
Low battery automatic message (“Low Battery Alert”) is sent to a dedicated pre-registered number
when battery is at low capacity (usually when battery is at 15%)
 Remote activation: The device can be monitored by a call party or a call center when auto answer is
set to enable (open device microphone and SPK from a distance). The remote activation is exclusive
to registered SOS numbers
 Voice commands: The device supports several voice prompt commands for Low Battery, SOS Calls
and device connectivity.
 Battery life time: The device is equipped with a 500mAh Lithium / Polymer type battery, with a
minimum 3-year lifetime. Standby time of up to 70hrs and talk time of up to 3hrs
 LEDS: Top green: in use / Top red: low battery / Side button with blue led: device connection to the
network / 3 front LEDS on SOS button:
- Running in a circle when incoming call or SOS is triggered
- Flashing slowly in standby / sleep mode
 Robust: The device is designed to withstand & operate in tough environments:
- Built from an ABS & Polycarbonate mixture providing high durability
- Temperature operation range (-15°C/+70°C)
 Cord: The device comes with a lanyard cord with an extend option & breaking point (3kg).
 Belt clip: The device comes with a belt clip accessory for easy carrying.
