g) Submenu "SYSTEM"
"LANG" You can select the language for the menu display here. At the time of creation of these operat-
ing instructions, only the language English was available.
"TV GAMMA" Gamma correction for colour display ("LOW", "MIDDLE", "HIGH")
"TV BRIGHT" Setting the brightness ("LOW", "MIDDLE", "HIGH")
"TV SYSTEM" Selection of the TV system ("PAL" or "NTSC")
h) Submenu "BAD PIXEL"
"MODE" There are pixel errors due to the sensor build. They can be computed out of the picture by
switching this function "ON" (the automatic function can be switched off by setting it to "OFF").
"INTENSITY" Set the intensity at which the defective pixels are computed out of the screen content here
("LOW", "MIDDLE", "HIGH").
i) Submenu "PRIVACY MASK"
It is possible to cover up to 4 image areas, e.g. to protect sensitive areas, such as displays on a screen, from monitor-
ing or recording.
"MODE" When selecting "MOSAIC", the covered image areas are pixelated with a grid. This still shows
when things use in the image area, but no details are visible.
By selecting "DEF COLOR", the covered image areas are fully covered by one of 15 colours.
"DEF COLOR" Set the colour for covering the image areas; 15 different colours are available. Observe that
the colours are displayed grey in black/white display of the camera image (e.g. at night)!
"SELECT" Select one of the 4 image areas here. Then you can switch the chosen image area on and off
with the "SWITCH" function. You can place it on the camera picture in the function "RANGE".
"SWITCH" Switch coverage for the image area chosen in "SELECT" (see above) "ON" or "OFF" here.
"RANGE" Afterselectingthefunctionandconrmingwithabriefpushofthecontrollever,youcanselect
the image area to be covered.
 Movethecornerwiththecontrollever(moveitup,down,leftorright),andconrmyoursetting
bybrieypushingthecontrollever.
In image area 1, every corner can be placed separately; image areas 2, 3 and 4 are placed as
a rectangle.
