g) “Display Items” function
The monitor/DVR displays a range of information such as the signal strength, SD/USB status, camera number
(C1....C4) and the network status.
These small graphics may conceal important information, therefore they can be enabled/disabled as required.
Use the touchscreen (or the arrow buttons (“ ” and “ ”) and the “ ” button (28) on the IR remote control) to select
the symbols you wish to display. “ ” will be displayed next to the corresponding symbol when the symbol is enabled.
When using the touchscreen, touch the corresponding symbol to enable/disable it.
The following displays/symbols are available:
“RSSI” Wireless camera signal strength ( )
“SD/USB status” Indicates the selected storage device ( )
“Camera” Short description/channel number of the wireless camera ( )
“Network” Network status ( )
Touch the “ ” symbol on the touchscreen, or press the “ ” button (31) on the IR remote control to
cancel/end the current setting/selection and go back to the previous display without applying any changes.
h) “System Information” function
Whenyouaccessthisfunction,themonitor/DVRdisplaysthermwareversionandothersysteminformation.
Touch the “ ” symbol on the touchscreen, or press the “ ” (28) or “ ” button (31) on the IR remote
control to go back to the previous display.
i) “System Upgrade” function
Thisfunctionupdatesthermwareforthemonitor/DVRandwirelesscamera.
This requires the monitor/DVR to be connected to the Internet.
Afteryouselectthisfunction,themonitor/DVRwillsearchforanewrmwareversionandautomaticallydownload/
install the update if a new version is available.
Touch the “ ” symbol on the touchscreen, or press the “ ” button (31) on the IR remote control to
go back to the previous display.
