n) “Volume” function
The wireless camera features a microphone (on the back of the camera, see position 18) in section 8b). Ambient
sound is transmitted to the monitor/DVR, which plays the sound through a built-in speaker.
Use the touchscreen (or the “ ”, “ ”, “ ” and “ ” buttons on the IR remote control) to select the desired volume.
To save the settings, touch the “ ” symbol on the touchscreen, or press the “ ” button (28) on the IR remote
control.
Press the “ ” button (31) on the IR remote control to cancel the setting and go back to the previous
display.
o) “Alarm Volume” function
Use this option to adjust the alarm volume. The alarm goes off when movement is detected within range of the camera
(provided that the alarm is enabled).
This setting does not affect the volume setting described in section 12. n).
When the mute function is enabled (see section 12. k), the alarm will also be muted.
Use the touchscreen (or the “ ”, “ ”, “ ” and “ ” buttons on the IR remote control) to select the desired alarm
volume. The alarm tone will be played through the monitor/DVR speaker so that you can test the volume.
To save the settings, touch the “ ” symbol on the touchscreen, or press the “ ” button (28) on the IR remote
control.
Press the “ ” button (31) on the IR remote control to cancel the setting and go back to the previous
display.
