d) “Latency vs quality” function
Use this option to change the relationship between image lag/latency and image quality (depends on the compression
rate).
Selecting a higher image quality increases the image lag/delay.
• After selecting this option on the monitor/DVR, use the touchscreen (or the “ ” and “ ” arrow buttons and the
“ ” button (28) on the IR remote control) to select one of the three options.
• Touch the “ ” icon on the touchscreen, or press the “ ” (28) on the IR remote control to save the settings and
go back to the previous menu.
Press the “ ” button (31) on the IR remote control to cancel the setting and go back to the previous
display.
e) “Brightness” function
Use this option to set the brightness of each camera.
• After selecting this option on the monitor/DVR, use the touchscreen (or the “ ” and “ ” arrow buttons and the
“ ” button (28) on the IR remote control) to select one of the four cameras.
• The selected camera will be displayed on the monitor/DVR.
• Use the touchscreen (or the arrow buttons (“ ” and “ ”) on the IR remote control) to select the desired bright-
ness.
• Touch the “ ” symbol on the touchscreen, or press the “ ” (28) on the IR remote control to save the settings and
go back to the previous menu.
Press the “ ” button (31) on the IR remote control to cancel the setting and go back to the previous
display.
