16. “Alarm” submenu
See section 11 for instructions on how to access the main menu and the corresponding submenu.
The following functions are available:
“Motion Detection” Enable/disable motion detection (an alarm tone will be played when the image content
changes).
“PIR detection” This feature is not supported, as the wireless camera does not have a PIR sensor; this
feature is designed for another product version.
a) “Motion Detection” function
When the alarm is enabled, the monitor/DVR sets off an alarm when it detects a change in the image content.
The alarm volume can be adjusted (see section 12. o).
• To access this option, use the touchscreen or the arrow buttons (“ ” or “ ”) and the “ ” button (28) on the IR
remote control.
• Use the touchscreen or the arrow buttons (“ ” or “ ”) and the “ ” button (28) on the IR remote control to en-
able/disable the alarm.
• Touch the “ ” icon on the touchscreen, or press the “ ” (28) on the IR remote control to save the settings and
go back to the previous menu.
Press the “ ” button (31) on the IR remote control to cancel the setting and go back to the previous
display.
b) “PIR detection” function
This function (if displayed) is not supported by this product version, as the wireless camera does not feature a PIR
sensor.
