The SD card is not recognized
The monitor/DVR supports SD cards with a capacity of up to 128 GB.
Themonitor/DVRonlysupportstheFATandFAT32leformat(NTFSisnotsupported).
Format the memory card using the corresponding option on the monitor/DVR (see section 12e). Formatting the
card will delete all stored data. Depending on the size of the memory card, formatting may take a while to complete.
Select the correct storage medium for saving recordings (either an SD card or USB storage device, see section
12f).
Remove the memory card, and then insert it back into the monitor/DVR.
Use a different memory card.
Switch off the monitor/DVR, and then switch it back on.
The USB storage device is not recognized
The monitor/DVR supports USB storage devices with a capacity of up to 3 TB.
Themonitor/DVRonlysupportstheFATandFAT32leformat(NTFSisnotsupported).
Format the USB storage device using the corresponding option on the monitor/DVR (see section 12e). Formatting
the storage device will delete all stored data. Depending on the size of the storage device, formatting may take a
while to complete.
Select the correct storage medium for saving recordings (either an SD card or USB storage device, see section
12f).
Switch off the monitor/DVR, and then switch it back on.
If you have connected a USB hard drive, check that the hard drive is switched on.
Try using a USB hard drive with its own power adapter. Some 6.35 cm/2.5” USB hard disks (that work without a
power adapter) require too much power (particularly during startup).
Image quality of recordings is poor
Set a higher image quality or resolution (see section 15c).
