15. Submenu "Alarm"

a) Function "Motion detection"
If you switch on the alarm, the screen/DVR will output a sound signal when a change to the camera image has been
recognised.
The volume of the alarm sound signal can be set; see chapter 11. p).
• After calling the function with the button "OK" (9), you can switch the sound signal on or off with the control buttons " " or
" ".
• Save the selection with the button "OK" (9); then you will leave setting mode again.
Toleavesettingmodewithoutsavingthesettings(cancel),brieypushthebutton"MENU"(6).Thedisplay
will switch back to the prior menu.
b) Function "PIR detection"
If you switch on the alarm, the screen/DVR will output a sound signal when the PIR sensor has recognised a heat
change in the recording area.
The volume of the alarm sound signal can be set; see chapter 11. p).
