Network does not work
• Check the connection between the screen/DVR and the RJ45 network adapter.
• Before you switch on the screen/DVR, the RJ45 network adapter must be connected and the network connection
with the router/switch must be established.
• Try connecting the screen/DVR directly to the router instead of the network switch.
• Always use a 1:1-connected, fully wired network cable.
• Dependingonyournetwork,eitherselectDHCPinyournetworksettingsorsetaxedIP-address.
When there is a DHCP server in your network (usually integrated in nearly any router), set the DHCP function at the
screen/DVR as well. The screen/DVR then receives the required IP address from your DHCP server.
IfyouareusingxedIPaddresses,assignanunusedUPaddressfromthesameaddressrangetothescreen/DVR.
• If you have changed the network setting, switch off the screen/DVR and switch it on again after a few seconds.
• Arewallpreventsthefunctionofthescreen/DVR.
