c) Function H3 “FROST PROTECT”

ing mode (see chapter 10. a) or if the universal thermo-
stat was deactivated (see chapter 11).
Deactivate the function if you have set the lower tem-
perature limit in the function G7TEMP LIMITSto a tem-
perature below +5.0 °C!
To protect a liquid-based heating from freezing, the frost-protec-
tion function can be activated (only available in heating mode,
see chapter 10. a).
The mains socket is activated independently of the set pro-
gramme if the temperature drops too far (temperature limit
between +5.0....+7.0 °C).
Proceed as follows:

rming with “OK” (2), either “OFF or a temperature value
ashes.
2. The buttons “–(5) and “+” (6) can set the frost protection
function accordingly:
“OFF” = Frost protection function off
Temperature value “5.0 °C”....“7.0 °C= temperature thresh- Temperature value “5.0 °C”....“7.0 °C= temperature thresh-Temperature value “5.0 °C”....“7.0 °C” = temperature thresh-
old; the mains socket of the universal thermostat is deacti-
vated when this value is undercut
3. Conrm the setting withOK” (2).
The universal thermostat is then in the previous menu for
selection of functions again.
To leave the menu and return to the regular display, push the
button “MENU” (3), repeatedly if required.
