10. Troubleshooting
Ifthedeviceisnotworkingproperly,rstchecktoseeifthereisoneofthefollowingissues.
Problem Cause Suggested resolution
The device does not switch
on.
No power to the mains socket
available or main fuse defective.
Checkthepowersupplyandmainfuse.
Plug has not been fully inserted. Plug the power cable into the mains
socket.
The device was not switched on
with the on/off switch.
Switch the device on.
The room temperature is above the
temperature set on the thermostat.
Normal operation. Device automatically
turns on and heats up as soon as the
temperature drops below the set value.
The device has been covered. The thermal overheat protection was
activated. Never cover the device with
blankets, fabrics or other objects. Please
observe the recommended safety
distances. Wait until the appliance has
cooleddownsufciently.Switchthe
device on.
11. Maintenance and cleaning
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the
housing or even impair the functioning of the product.
• Disconnecttheproductfromthepowersupplybeforecleaningandletitcooldownsufciently.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
• Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids.

Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in household waste. Always dispose
of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
