g) “SAVE-EXIT” submenu
Once you have adjusted the OSD menu settings, you can save them here. The OSD menu is then automatically
exited.
h) “EXIT” submenu

If you exit OSD menu via “EXIT” (and not by “SAVE-EXIT”, see section g), your previous settings will be
used. In the event of interruption in the voltage/power supply to the surveillance camera, however, the set-
tings will be lost.
11. Troubleshooting
No camera picture (or image interference)
• Set the DVR or monitor to the right input channel.
• Check the voltage/power supply to the surveillance camera.
• Check the surveillance camera’s cable connections.
Only black-and-white camera image
• Check the settings in the OSD menu.
• At night, the camera automatically switches to a black-and-white image (the IR LEDs are activated at the same
time). Colour is not possible is this case.
Image too bright
• Check the settings in the OSD menu; if necessary, reset the camera to the factory settings.
• Do not point the camera at the sun or a light source.
• Select suitable settings from the setup menu, e.g. for the white balance, etc.
12. Care and cleaning
Always disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning it.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may damage the housing or
cause the product to malfunction.
Never direct a stream of water from a garden hose or a high-pressure cleaner onto the surveillance camera.
