Connecting a camera
1. Use the power adapter to connect the
device. The device indicator lights up.
2. When the device is on, the LED-indicator
will ash in red quickly.
3. If the indicator shows otherwise, reset the
device to factory settings.
4. Press and hold the RESET button until you
hear a sound.
Note the following before you try to connect:
■ A stable and smooth WIFI network is
required when adding devices.
■ Bring the device as close as possible to the
WIFI router. Cameras only support 2.4 GHz
WIFI networks. The mobile phone must
be connected to a 2.4 GHz WIFI network.

manual).
■ When the network is complex with many
devices, signal interference may become an
issue. It is recommended to add the device
by placing the camera in a single network
environment.
■ Check that the WIFI password was entered
correctly.
■ If device connection fails, press and hold
the reset button on the back of the device
to restore the factory settings. When the
device indicator ashes in red fast and you
hear the beep, try again.
