■ Use another method to connect to the
network.
The device indicator ashes blue but does
not turn to constant blue.
■ Device does not support 5 GHz WIFI,
please ensure that when adding device, the
phone is connected to 2.4 GHz WIFI.
■ WIFI password must be entered correctly,
and there must be no special characters.
■ Try restarting the router.
The device indicator light turns blue but the
app does not nd the device.
■ Try adding devices in other ways.
Note: After each failed attempt, reset the
device back to factory default settings.
How to reset the camera back to factory
settings?
■ Locate the reset button on the device.
■ Press and hold RESET until the indicator
light turns off.
■ After hearing the beep sound, wait for the
device to restart (the indicator light will turn
on again).
