12. Troubleshooting
Consumer switches on/off too frequently
• Set a higher value in the menu “USER SETTINGS”, function G9
“SWING SETTING” (default setting is 0.5 °C).
Manual temperature preselection not possible
• First perform programming, see chapter 9. b).
Room temperature is too high or too low
• Set an offset value to adjust the control to the local situation in
the menu “USER SETTINGS”, function G8 “TEMP CALIBRATE”.
Alternatively, you can directly change the temperatures of
the present programming with the function G3 “PROGRAM
SETBACK”.
Adjustable temperature are too low
• Set the desired upper and lower temperature limit correctly in
the menu “USER SETTINGS”, function G7 “TEMP LIMITS”.
A lower temperature limit of +5.0 °C and an upper limit of
+45.0 °C is pre-set ex works.
If required, this temperature range can be expanded to -20.0 °C
to +70 °C in the function G7.
