Rated Life

OSRAM SYLVANIA performs extensive laboratory testing on all the bulb types we manufacture.

The bulbs are tested in a controlled environment to SAE and USCAR testing standards. Rated life

is the expected minimum average life as determined by large scale lab testing over long

production periods. Individual lifetimes may vary based on application, ambient conditions, vehicle

voltage, and vehicle usage.

An average driver will use their low beam headlights 100 hours per year. The value can be found

Warranty Information SYLVANIA Automotive Headlights Our SYLVANIA SilverStar® brand bulbs are high performance products that may require replacement at more frequent intervals than original equipment manufacturer parts. If your SilverStar® brand bulbs do not meet your expectations within a year of purchase and they were purchased from an authorized retailer, we will gladly offer a replacement with proof of purchase. Purchases from EBAY® or other online auction sites are not covered.

SYLVANIA ZEVO® Mini Bulb Warranty SYLVANIA ZEVO® LED Bulbs are backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty for as long as your own your car. We will replace the bulb with the same or suitable replacement if it fails to light. The cost of installation is not covered. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product or subjecting the product to any but the specified voltage. Proof of purchase required.
