SYLVANIA Automotive Headlights
Our SYLVANIA SilverStar® brand bulbs are high performance products that may require replacement at more
frequent intervals than original equipment manufacturer parts. If your SilverStar® brand bulbs do not meet your
expectations within a year of purchase and they were purchased from an authorized retailer, we will gladly offer a
replacement with proof of purchase. Purchases from EBAY® or other online auction sites are not covered. EBAY®
(as well as other online auction sites) are consumer to consumer marketplaces lacking quality control guidelines and
expertise. Purchases made on Amazon.com must state: ‘ships from and sold by Amazon.com’ in order to be
considered an authorized retailer.
Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-729-3777 for more information about obtaining a
replacement for your SilverStar® brand bulbs or other automotive products from SYLVANIA.
We ask that you have the product receipt available in order to process a replacement. Send your request/email to our

SYLVANIA Cube-X Kit (Spot/Flood/Wide Flood) Warranty
SYLVANIA Cube-X assemblies are backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty. SYLVANIA Automotive Lighting warrants
each new Cube-X against defects in materials or workmanship. Free replacement with same or suitable replacement
if it fails to light. Cost of installation is not covered. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident,
misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product or subjecting
the product to any but the specified voltage. If you are not completely satisfied within 12 months, return this product
to the place of purchase or contact SYLVANIA at 1-800-729-3777. Proof of purchase required. Registration needs to

SYLVANIA ZEVO® CAT EYE assemblies are backed by a 5-year limited warranty. Free replacement with same or
suitable replacement if it fails to light. Cost of installation is not covered. If you are not completely satisfied within 12
months, return this product to the place of purchase or contact SYLVANIA at 1-800-729-3777. Proof of purchase
from an authorized retailer required. Registration needs to be completed within 3 months of the date of purchase.
