3 Select DISPLAY MODE, using A/_,
navigation buttons, then press ENTER.
• Display mode options will appear

You can choose tile display mode as you prefer
Refer to "INFORMATION on Screen Ratio and
Display Mode" on page 58 for further information.

4 Select the desired display mode using
/ v navigation buttons, then press
ENTER.
• Tile display mode will be set.

5 Press SETUP to exit SETUP menu.
CAUTION:
If the TV is left in LETTERBOX or SIDEBAR for a
long period of time, the still image may cause a burn-
in effect dalnaging the TV screen.
INFORMATION on 4:3 TV
When your 4:3 TV (capable of receiving a 1080i
signal) with the screen ratio 4:3 receives a 1080i
video output signal fiom STB, black/gray bars
may appear at the top and bottom of the screen.
That is because STB has been set to the screen
ratio to 4:3 and the display mode SIDEBAR.

We reconnnend setting the STB screen ratio to
16:9, then setting the display mode as prefered,
or changing the resolution selection switch on
the rear panel of the STB to "480p" or "480i."
